Billing, cancellation and refunds
OpenBot Cloud Hosting is billed monthly or yearly, depending on the billing period you choose. You are charged automatically at the start of each billing period. You can cancel at any time — your server stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
If you were charged by mistake or we couldn’t deliver your server, contact us within 14 days of the payment and we’ll refund you.
